Restelo’s Condo
The concept behind the design took into consideration the discreet taste of our customers. Highlight for the use of timeless design pieces and luminous colors, as well as the recognition of the strong points of the space: lots of light, unobstructed view over the river and the pre-existence of wood and stones.
Apartament
An expressive yellow limestone marks the entrance to the apartment. To make this space even more striking, furniture pieces in shades of white and black were used with overlapping textures that create a contrast with the existing stone. Luxury was the focal point of this project.
With a wide area and a view that extends to the Tejo river, the main room contains different environments: a spacious dining room marked by pau santo wood and black marble, a quiet reading area with iconic design pieces and a bright and welcoming living area.
FUNCTIONALITY BECAME ESSENTIAL AS THE SPACES WERE ADAPTED TO A PERSON WITH REDUCED MOBILITY.
